I was slated to recieve an arc of the Genizah at the House of Sepher from LT last year and it never arrived. I keep hearing such good things about it. I'm off to check out my library. I find it easier to convince them to purchase something if it's up for an award. I will just have to read all the nominees of course.Sandrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06265301061583417768noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1359999156621466745.post-76370130200388065192009-01-28T16:30:00.000-05:002009-01-28T16:30:00.000-05:00Marie thanks for the heads up about the Sami Rohr ...Marie thanks for the heads up about the Sami Rohr Award. I started reading it because I hate the way Book sense change to the Indie list. I've never left a comment before, but something interesting happened yesterday that I wanted to tell you. I read the post about the Sami Rohr prize. I'd never heard of it before. My name is Ellen, I own a little used bookstore in Garrettsville, Ohio and one of my customers brought in some books to donate and one of them was The Genizah at the House of Shepher which won that prize a few years ago. I brought the book home to read.Ellenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03976162635617296456noreply@blogger.com
