Saturday Snapshot- My Favorite Thing About Summer

Fried clams from the Clam Box in Ipswich, MA served with a side of onion rings. Pure seafood deliciousness! I hope to get me a plate soon.

    Gawd yummy! I love living in OR, but i really miss New England in the summertime. Especially places like the Clam Bake in Pine Point, ME.. which serve things like in your photo. I so miss delicious, tender fried scallops and coleslaw and fries. And clams, and fish chowder, and lobstah rolls. :D Sigh
