That was an interesting TTer. Wordpress's autosave made it drag, though... and I had to go to LT to get the list because copy-n-paster wouldn't let me bold or italicize what you wrote. Now the LT links are messed up, and you get a 404 error when you click on them. Oh, how SO like my last few days this post was!

Despite it all, I did enjoy it :-D

Mine's up!

I had quite a bit more in bold and italics than I'd have thought. I wish, though, that I could've given negative stars. There were a few clunkers on the list.

It's always interesting to see what people think of the books I consider classics. We're all so different! Great topic thanks!

Mine is here:)

No, no, no! I wasn't saying it was a terribly hard time, or anything. Just observing how obnoxious wordpress was behaving over it. I really enjoyed the post, and I really enjoy reading everyone's lists to see if they have the same books as me.

It's very much worth any inconvenience Wordpress tried to make it! ;) And I thank you for posting TuesdayThingers! :D

Mine's up. I realized that there were more books I could have marked than I did as owning but they actually belong to my husband and I have only listed my own books on LT. Why Change now.

Mine is up.

I didn't expect to have so many of these. And of the ones I don't have, a significant number of them are on my wish list.

Mine is up (technical difficulties).

I had major technical difficulties and finally gave up (although I liked the idea of a nice easy highlight-bold-star job today!). I see thekoolaidmom ran into the same trouble I did ...

and I p.s. that I didn't post on my blog ... we were away at a wedding the end of last week (see my post with a pic of the gorgeous bride and groom!). I brought my laptop to work during downtime (is there such a thing with 4 kids) in the hotel. Well, I left the power cord there when we checked out Saturday. As soon as I realized it, I called the hotel and asked them to FedEx it to me. I got it this morning - someone else's power cord! A few more phone calls and I gave up trying to track it down, and gave in to buying a VERY EXPENSIVE replacement from Dell. I'm working from the desktop now ... very spoiled by all our modern conveniences!

Marie I'm not sure if my message will show up since I accidently clicked on the wrong button. I have my list posted at

It was fun to see what books I owned in the top 100.

First time participating. Yeah! This one was fun. However, I changed the format a little so it was easier to organize and read.

Hope that was okay.

Here's my list. I was surprised by how many I had not read and by how many I couldn't really say I liked.
But there's a lot more books on the TBR list now.

Hey, for once my response is up before Friday :-)! It's part two of this long, listy post; the first part is the EW "new classics" list meme, which I first saw here.
