The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore

On Sunday the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences gave its Best Animated Short Award to a really fun short film called "The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore." Actually between that and all the awards that went to Martin Scorsese's paean to the movies, "Hugo," it was a great night for children's literature at the Oscars. That said,  I wanted to share with you the short film itself, in case you haven't had an opportunity to see it yet.

Enjoy!

Man, that was incredible. Thank you for posting it - not sure I would have gotten around to watching it otherwise.
