Self-Survey

Right now I'm halfway through five different books- today I'm going to choose one to actually finish (I'm looking at you, Matrimony) and hopefully I'll have a review in a couple of days. In the mean time.... a meme!

I copied this from Terri. Thanks, it was fun!

  1. Author/s I've always wanted to read but haven't yet: Salman Rushdie, Cervantes, Osamu Tezuka

  2. Author/s I'd like to read more of: Paul Auster, Iris Murdoch, Isaac Bashevis Singer

  3. Author/s I think I should read but have no interest in (true confessions): J.K. Rowling, Terry Pratchett, Michael Chabon

  4. Book/s I think I should read but have no interest in: Moby-Dick (I agree with you, Terri!)

  5. Authors I love that I've recently discovered (thanks to LibraryThing!): Tamar Yellin, Stephen Merrill Block, Mary Doria Russell, Alan Drew

  6. The genre/s I've wanted to read more of: Graphic novels

  7. The book/s on my TBR pile I always mean to read next: Oscar and Lucinda, The Madonnas of Leningrad, Pravda, The Known World, Bel Canto

  8. Book/s I want to try again:
War and Peace. I just couldn't make it through. I put too much pressure on myself and failed.
  9. Books I want to re-read: A Walk in the Woods by Bill Bryson. Breadfruit by Celestine Vaite. The Secret History of Moscow by Ekaterina Sedia. The Genizah at the House of Shepher by Tamar Yellin.

  10. Books I will never, ever read: The Secret. Anything more by James Patterson.
