Today’s MUSING MONDAYS post is about books on your wishlist…

That seems like a very high brow list. As I posted, really the only books that seem to stay on my list are books that are not out let, since I tend to buy all the rest...
I think that I have a book illness...lol
Making of a Marchioness is so much fun! Perhaps a tad lacking in the, erm, ethnic sensitivity department... but probably far better than could be reasonably expected from a book of the time!
I have most of the Persephone books if you ever want to borrow one. My mother used to volunteer there so she was an early adopter.
I'm glad you added "and more" at the end, since my list is a mile long.
I have a copy of My Name Is Red for a while... just not gotten 'round to reading it.
I haven't even heard of the others (ooops!), but look forward to seeing your reviews if and when you get 'round to them.
My list is way too long at the moment... :(
I have heard of a few of them, but haven't read any on your list.
Great list! I have a Nabokov and the Arsenault ones on my list as well.
I wrote down a couple of the titles you mentioned that I was not familar with as well.
The Original of Laura is on my list, too.
A GATE AT THE STAIRS is on my wish list as well!

Anyone wishlisting A Gate at the Stairs should go ahead and get it. It's worth buying, especially considering that this is Moore's first book in eleven years.
The Original of Laura is on my list, as well as Ava or Ardor
I know I shouldn't be adding to my wish list while reading others, but some of the titles really catch my eye. :-)
Like you, I am keeping my eye on the hardcovers on my wish list for the paperback release dates. It's been hard to wait with some of them, but I've been good.
